I didn't adhere to the Body for Life program yesterday and I don't feel guilty or disappointed. It was a national holiday and I wanted to barbecue with my family...and so I did. I didn't stuff my face but I also didn't measure out proteins and carbs.
Today though, it's back to the drawing board. I'm back on track and I'm doing okay so far. Tonight I will be doing my cardio workout that I was supposed to do yesterday. I will be working my arms out tomorrow as well as doing the cardio. I will take Sunday as a rest day as scheduled.
